The role

As aSenior Fullstack Engineerin the B2B Experience team, you'll design and build end-to-end product workflows for team collaboration, access management, and workspace administration, used daily by Epidemic Sound's largest customers. Working across both frontend and backend, you'll turn core platform capabilities into intuitive, reliable experiences for organisations operating at scale. As a founding member of this newly formed team, you will have the unique opportunity to help grow the squad and define our technical foundation from the ground up.

This role directly supports our B2B growth by improving how customers adopt the product, scale usage across teams, and realize value over time. You'll join a cross-functional team of product-minded engineers, designers, and product managers, and collaborate closely with platform and enabling teams across the company.

Your key responsibilities include

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end features for team collaboration, workspace management, and administrative workflows
• Develop scalable, high-quality frontend and backend solutions with a strong focus on reliability and user experience
• Collaborate closely with Product and Design to shape solutions from discovery to delivery
• Integrate with shared platform services and contribute to cross-team technical initiatives
• Own features in production, including testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and maintaining both frontend and backend systems
• Strong frontend experience with React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
• Proven experience in at least one backend language (e.g. Go, Python, or Node.js) building production systems
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and system design principles
• Experience working with modern CI/CD pipelines
• Willingness to work with Go as we continue to evolve our backend stack
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across disciplines

Nice to have

• Experience operating in cloud environments (GCP preferred, AWS welcome)
• Experience with event tracking using Snowplow or similar tools
• Familiarity with Prometheus and Grafana
• Experience with frontend testing using Playwright
