Our Product & Engineering team, consisting of around 20 talented colleagues, plays a key role in delivering high-quality, scalable solutions. We work in a feedback-driven culture where every voice matters, and where trust, ownership, and continuous learning support both personal and professional growth.

Together, we work in a DevOps-inspired way, continuously improving our product with a strong focus on simplicity, quality, and long-term sustainability. Our stack is JavaScript-based and full-stack at heart, using React.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and AWS. Collaboration is central to how we work, with practices such as pair programming and code reviews helping us build thoughtful, reliable solutions.

As we grow, we are also evolving our technical foundation by moving towards a layered architecture, strengthening scalability, maintainability, and overall platform quality.

We're now looking for someone whoenjoys working across the stackand takes ownership of building, improving, and evolving our product end to end.

🗝️ Key role responsibilities:

• Develop & Maintain Take ownership of fullstack features and improvements, driving them from idea to production. You make pragmatic decisions that balance user needs, technical quality, and delivery speed within the agreed architectural direction.
• Collaborate & Influence Work closely with developers, product, and design to shape solutions early, contribute insights and feedback, and help the team make strong decisions together - while aligning with architectural guidance and shared technical principles.
• Thrive in Simplicity Enjoy focused, immersive development work, driven by the joy of solving complex challenges and refining solutions over time.
• Raise the bar Actively contribute to code reviews, pair programming, and shared discussions. You help improve the codebase, tooling, and ways of working through experience, feedback, and by leading through example.

⭐To thrive in this role:
We believe that you are skilled in..

• Fullstack development You have strong experience working across both frontend and backend, and you enjoy understanding how systems, APIs, and user interfaces work together. Fullstack fundamentals matter to you, and it shows in how you design and implement end-to-end solutions.
• React, Node.js and APIs You are comfortable working with React on the frontend and Node.js on the backend, and you have experience designing and consuming APIs using both REST and GraphQL. You enjoy moving between layers of the stack to solve problems efficiently.
• Database & data modelling You have experience working with relational databases, such as PostgreSQL, and understand how data modelling, queries, and performance considerations affect the overall system.
• JavaScript & TypeScript You write modern JavaScript every day and are happy to do it in TypeScript. Clean, readable, and maintainable code is something you take pride in. You are open to using AI as part of your workflow, whether it is for learning, refactoring, debugging, or speeding up everyday tasks.
• Scalability, AWS & delivery You have built backend systems meant to last. You have worked with AWS and are familiar with DevOps practices like containerization and automated deployments, and you understand what it takes to run backend services reliably in production.

Location & work setup Our preferred setup is hybrid work from our Malmö office. While we welcome remote applications, candidates able to work in a hybrid setup will be prioritized. This role requires authorization to work in Sweden as it's based in Sweden. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time, but we welcome applications from everyone eligible to work in the EU.
