About the Job

We're looking for an experiencedFullstack Developerwho wants real ownership acrossboth frontend and backend- from user experience and interface design to APIs, data models, and infrastructure.

In this role, you'll build and evolvecustomer-facing applicationsused daily across the Nordic region, as well as the backend services and internal tools that power Aimo's operations. You'll work closely with product and design to turn real user needs into intuitive, high-quality digital experiences - and ensure they are supported by robust, scalable systems.

About You

You're a senior Fullstack Developer who brings depth, ownership, and engineering maturity to your work. You thrive in environments where autonomy is expected and supported, and where collaboration with developers, designers, and product owners is natural.

You like solving complex technical problems, designing clean systems, and improving long-term architecture. You care deeply about maintainable, high-quality code - and you enjoy seeing the real impact your work has on users and business outcomes.

You have strong fullstack experience, including:

• Frontend
  
  • React with TypeScript/JavaScript
  • Building maintainable UI architectures and reusable components
  • Experience working closely with designers and product owners
  • Focus on usability, performance, and accessibility
• Backend
  
  • Java-based services and APIs (REST / GraphQL)
  • Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB)
  • Designing scalable, maintainable backend architectures
• Platform
  
  • Cloud-based systems (AWS)
  • Understanding of how frontend and backend choices impact reliability and scalability
