Job Description

The client is looking for a highly senior Frontend Lead consultant to support a strategic initiative involving the development of a new telecom e-commerce platform.

The consultant will take technical leadership for the frontend domain within a cross-functional agile team.

The role focuses on technical execution, team guidance, and ensuring frontend quality, while aligning with existing architectural frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coach the development team on frontend technical topics.

Ensure high code quality, maintainable architecture, and best practices.

Make technical decisions within established architecture guidelines.

Ensure compliance with standards and development guidelines.

Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Ensure smooth integration with backend services, CRM systems, and other enterprise platforms.

Support agile processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Use AI-assisted development tools to improve development productivity and quality.

Collaborate with backend teams on API design, performance, and integration strategies.
