This role sits within the Supply Chain Finance organisation for Sweden and Finland (SEFI) and is part of our global Logistics Finance community. You will lead a team of highly skilled Finance Business Partners across Inbound, Outbound transportation and Warehousing, partnering closely with local Logistics leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to drive operational excellence and deliver sustainable value.

How you will make an impact
As Senior Finance Manager (Senior Finance Business Partner), you act as a strategic advisor to Sweden and Finland Logistics, ensuring alignment between logistics operations and Arla's broader business strategy. You will drive performance through effective business partnering, analytics, and project leadership-supporting key initiatives and enabling sustainable growth. The role reports to the Finance Director for Supply Chain SEFI and is a member of the Sweden Logistics Leadership Team.

• Lead SEFI Logistics month-end close and quarterly forecasting; identify performance gaps and drive corrective actions to meet targets.
• Manage and deliver key logistics projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and value creation.
• Develop future logistics reporting and KPIs to increase transparency of cost drivers and enable cost reduction and process improvement.
• Champion cross-market logistics communities, standardizing processes and sharing best practices across SEFI and Global Supply Chain.
• Lead, coach, and empower a team of Finance Business Partners to high performance and capability growth.

What will make you successful

• Several years of finance experience within supply chain/logistics (transportation, warehousing, distribution) with a track record of business partnering and performance management.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.

• Strong ability to translate complex financials into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders; confident influencing senior leaders.
• Strategic and analytical thinker who challenges the status quo. Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Office applications; SAP and Power BI experience is an advantage.
• Exposure to cost-to-serve analysis, logistics network optimization, and KPI/reporting development.
• Comfortable working in a matrix, cross-functional environment with high collaboration and continuous improvement.
