Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Expert Consultant to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Contribute expert knowledge to the national follow-up of the action plan for tissue donation and transplantation

Lead work in collaboration with investigators and relevant stakeholders to drive initiatives connected to the action plan

Develop, establish and implement new projects linked to prioritized measures

Plan, coordinate and execute project activities, ensuring progress, quality and clear documentation

Support regulatory-related work in the tissue area, including tasks connected to the Human Materials Regulation and adaptation to new requirements

Contribute to additional assignments within tissue donation and transplantation where your professional expertise adds value

Collaborate across organizational boundaries to strengthen national processes, harmonization and knowledge development in the field

What you bring:

Expert knowledge and proven experience within tissue donation, transplantation or adjacent medical/regulatory areas

Strong ability to lead, plan and implement complex projects with multiple stakeholders

Experience working with national strategies, action plans or regulated healthcare domains

Good understanding of regulatory frameworks such as the Human Materials Regulation and their implications for healthcare operations

Strong analytical and structured working style with the ability to translate complex issues into clear recommendations

Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with investigators, authorities and clinical partners

A proactive, solution-oriented and responsible approach, with the ability to independently drive work forward while ensuring high quality

Fluent in English and Swedish.
