Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Epic Owner to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead and drive a major initiative focused on migrating existing file flows to a new system support

Coordinate and align work across multiple teams and areas to ensure clarity in priorities and smooth execution

Collaborate closely with product management, technical specialists, and impacted teams to secure progress and resolve dependencies

Remove obstacles, enable decision-making, and ensure delivery momentum throughout the initiative

Handle technical discussions and translate complex issues into clear actions and decisions

Apply agile principles to plan, structure, and manage work efficiently in a dynamic environment

Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure transparency, alignment, and predictable delivery outcomes

What you bring:

Senior experience as an Epic Owner, IT Project Manager, or in a similar leadership role

Strong background in agile ways of working, preferably within SAFe

Experience working in complex technical environments, ideally within banking or finance

A pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate obstacles and drive progress

Excellent communication and coordination skills across both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Fluency in both English and Swedish
