We are looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 Engineer to join a large, complex organization on an important assignment within Sales and Marketing. This role suits someone who combines strong technical expertise with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders.You will play a key role in designing, developing, and integrating Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring that technical implementations are aligned with real business needs. The assignment is hands-on and requires both depth in Dynamics 365 and a proactive, collaborative mindset. Key responsibilities - You will design and develop solutions across Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing

- You will build and maintain backend services, integrations, and custom plugins within the Dynamics ecosystem

- You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions

- You will ensure high system quality, stability, and scalability through proactive issue management and continuous improvement

Required skills and experience

Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Developer, Engineer, or Solution Architect

Strong understanding of CRM module functionality within Dynamics 365

Solid background in C#, .NET, Power Platform, and modern integration frameworks

Hands-on experience with custom plugins, workflows, and backend logic in Dynamics 365

Experience working with REST APIs, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or similar technologies

Strong communication skills with the ability to lead discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Fluent English is required.
