Your New Role

As a Senior Director of Photography, you will lead the visual storytelling for high-end video productions within a creative content environment. You are responsible for shaping the overall visual expression - from concept to final delivery - ensuring that all video content meets high artistic, technical, and brand standards.

In this role, you will plan, film, edit, and color grade high-quality video content for a wide range of digital and social media productions. You will collaborate closely with directors, producers, and other creatives to develop and execute the visual style of each project. You will also take ownership of lighting design, camera setups, shot composition, and equipment selection, while leading camera, grip, and lighting crews during productions.

Scope of employment: Part-time, approx. 20 hours/week

Type of contract: Fixed-term employment as a consultant via JobBusters

Working model: On-site in Gothenburg and on location during productions

Salary: According to agreement

Start date: 2026-01-20

End date: 2026-02-20, with the possibility of extension

To succeed in this role, you will need:

At least 5 years of professional experience as a Director of Photography or Cinematographer

Advanced expertise in camera work, lighting, composition, and visual storytelling

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve

Strong collaboration and communication skills

Ability to adapt to different visual styles and production needs
