Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Digital Product Owner to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead and coordinate the Observability team within Connected Solutions, ensuring effective backlog prioritization, sprint planning and delivery rhythm

Secure technical feasibility of backlog items and actively contribute to planning sessions, reviews and retrospectives

Apply strong architectural awareness to guide decisions related to cloud design, security, non-functional requirements and Observability best practices

Balance technical debt, feasibility assessments and long-term architectural direction in alignment with Architecture

Ensure all digital products meet legal, security and compliance requirements, while managing dependencies across teams

Build trustful, collaborative stakeholder relationships through clear communication of complex topics at the appropriate level

Support structured and sustainable ways of working aligned with leadership principles

Contribute to the Observability strategy, roadmap and technical direction through a customer-first and ownership-driven mindset

Facilitate cross-team coordination and knowledge sharing within virtual and multidisciplinary environments

What you bring:

Minimum 5 years of experience in agile delivery, team leadership or coordination roles within technology or digital product environments

Strong capability in backlog management, sprint planning and agile team facilitation

Solid understanding of architecture principles, cloud environments, security fundamentals and non-functional requirements

Good awareness of Observability concepts, tooling and technical considerations, even if not working hands-on with coding

Demonstrated leadership behaviors including customer focus, accountability, trust-building and continuous learning

Experience ensuring compliance, security and governance for digital products and services

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and appropriately

Ability to identify team competence needs and contribute to mentorship and skill development

Strength in strategic thinking and aligning business initiatives with digital strategies, roadmaps and architectural guidelines

Experience managing change, supporting product rollouts and measuring product value and customer satisfaction

Comfortable working across teams and domains, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
