To strengthen our development organization, we're seeking aSenior Development Business Analystwithhands-on experience in M3 Financeto join our application development team.

About the Role

As a Development Business Analyst, you'll work withInfor M3, our Java-based, cloud-ready ERP platform. M3 provides comprehensive business support across industries, withFinanceas a key component for our global customers. The finance application covers internal and external accounting, financial reporting, and country-specific features to meet diverse regulatory needs.

In this role, you'll take aleading position within M3 Finance. Together with your team, you'll be responsible for end-to-end application solutions supporting financial business processes - from functional and technical requirements to solution design and continuous improvement of existing business functionality. You'll develop a deep understanding of financial and localization practices, translating business needs into innovative solutions.

Your responsibilities will encompass theentire system development life cycle, includingrequirements analysis, system design, testing, quality assurance, and maintenance. You'll take full ownership of your solutions ensuring they deliver value to our users.

What You'll Do

• Act as a subject-matter expert within M3 Finance
• Lead requirements analysis and system design for enhancements and new functionality
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing solutions
• Collaborate across teams throughout the full development life cycle - from concept to release
• Exchange ideas and insights with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• Several years of hands-on experience in M3 Finance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
• Clear and confident communication skills around financial concepts and solutions
• A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Systems Science
• Fluent in Swedish, both written and spoken

What Will Give You an Edge

• Deep knowledge in Tax Management and General Ledger
