Assignment Overview

We are looking for a Senior Developer

What you will work on

Develop, configure, and customize applications within IBM Maximo (MAS / Maximo Manage)

Lead development activities and support requirement analysis and solution design

Manage and resolve incidents, including both functional and technical issues

Work with Maximo Business Object (MBO) Framework, security groups, database configuration, and object structures

Implement integrations using Maximo Integration Framework (MIF)

Build integrations with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP web services, and messaging platforms

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, analysts, and business stakeholders

Contribute to continuous improvement and ongoing development initiatives

What you bring

Strong experience with IBM Maximo, including configuration and customization

Solid knowledge of MBO Framework and MIF

Experience designing and delivering enterprise-level integrations

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues

Experience with middleware technologies such as EU and API gateways

Leadership ability to guide and mentor development teams

Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and business stakeholders

Structured, solution-oriented mindset with ownership mentality

Experience with Kafka or other event-streaming platforms is a plus
