Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the development of modifications and extensions to Microsoft Dynamics 365SC&F applications.
• Analyze requirements and design technical solutions aligned with business goals, objectives, and architectural standards.
• Provide technical expertise in creating specifications for customizations or extensions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 SC&F solutions.
• Develop data migration procedures and integration services for seamless integration with legacy systems.
• Conduct thorough testing to ensure modifications adhere to established standards and deliver accurate, reliable results.
• Participate actively in system and acceptance testing phases.
• Offer expertise in development technologies and environments, guiding the team effectively.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, providing work estimates that facilitate prioritization and assignment planning.
• Demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard implementation methodologies such as CRP, Agile, and waterfall.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in at least 5+ ERP projects (Dynamics AX 2012 or Dynamics 365 SC/Finance) for enterprise-class customers.
• Strong ability to navigate challenging conversations and drive effective solutions to business problems.
• Holistic expertise in solution design, data migration, integration, and Dynamics 365 configuration.
• Solid knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, Morph X/X++, and AX entity & object model.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, SSRS, and electronic reporting.
• Preferred skills in D365, Power Pages, .Net/C#/X++, EDI, Dynamics AX ISV solutions, AIF, Workflows, SQL Admin, and Query tuning.
• Industry vertical knowledge in Retail, Manufacturing, Distribution, Project Service Automation, etc.
• Proficiency in Power Platform is a plus.
