Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Design Engineering Team Lead to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead and coordinate the design team to ensure high-quality deliveries within agreed timelines.

Analyse and break down requirements to create balanced, manufacturable, and cost-efficient product solutions.

Identify resource needs to secure efficient execution of assignments.

Plan, document, and follow up verification and certification activities for the product.

Conduct technical reviews with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Drive design changes, repair proposals, and the creation of technical manuals.

Manage deviations from manufacturing, suppliers, and in-service operations.

Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, customers, and suppliers.

Contribute to departmental goals, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.

What you bring:

Engineering degree (BSc or equivalent).

Proven experience in leading teams or managing projects within engineering or product development.

Strong communication skills and confidence in collaborating across functions, with customers, and with suppliers.

Ability to take responsibility, inspire others, and maintain a positive and productive team environment.

Solid understanding of technical requirements, manufacturability considerations, and cost-driven product development.

Excellent written and spoken proficiency in Swedish and English
