About the position

As aSeniorData Engineerin ourData & AI Office, you'll play a key role in shaping and scaling our Snowflake-based data platform. This is a position for someone who is not only technically skilled but also curious about the business and eager to make an impact. You'll collaborate with global teams and senior stakeholders to translate business needs into robust, scalable solutions-designing integrations, optimizing pipelines, and influencing architectural standards as the platform evolves.

Your main responsibilities

• Design and build efficient data pipelines and workflows that power analytics and insights
• Integrate systems by setting up and maintaining reliable connections between source systems and the data platform
• Analyze and map source data to ensure accurate and consistent information flow
• Monitor and resolve data incidents, safeguarding quality and integrity across the platform
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, future-proof solutions

A suitable background would beat least 5 years' experience from analytical solutions or platforms. You have asolid experience within data engineering and analytics - and you are most likely coming from a consulting background, now ready to take the next step: join a global company, lead initiatives, and make a long-term impact. You also have the following qualifications and experiences:

• Strong SQL and data modeling expertise - You know how to design efficient structures and write optimized queries for complex data environments.
• Proven ability to drive projects - You've led initiatives or taken ownership of deliverables, even without formal project management titles.
• Beneficial experience with modern tools - Familiarity with Snowflake, Python, Azure services, Azure DevOps, and PowerShell will give you an edge.
• Language skills - Fluent in English (spoken and written); Swedish proficiency is an advantage.
