Primary Responsibilities

Participate in an agile Scrum team and use agile development methodologies.

🔹 Contribute to a DevOps environment with test-driven development on Google Cloud Platform.

🔹 Build and maintain complex SQL queries to support ETL/data pipelines for reporting and analytics.

🔹 Create design specifications and implement data models and database schemas based on changing business needs.

🔹 Set up data quality monitoring and implement validation checks and quality dashboards to ensure reliable data.

Required Skills & Experience

You should have:

✔ Strong SQL knowledge for data processing and analytics.

✔ Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Go, Python, or Scala, with an understanding of both functional and object-oriented programming.

✔ Experience with tools/frameworks for processing large datasets (e.g., Apache Spark, Apache Beam, Kafka)

This role is ideal for a skilled data engineer with solid hands-on experience in SQL, cloud-based data engineering (especially Google Cloud), and modern data-processing tools. You'll work closely with agile teams to design, build, and maintain data solutions that enable quality reporting and analytics.
