Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Build, maintain and optimize modern data platforms for collecting, storing and processing large and complex datasets

Develop and enhance ETL/ELT pipelines to ensure high data quality, strong reliability and efficient data delivery

Design and refine data models for analytics and reporting, using best-practice approaches in DataVault and dimensional modeling

Ensure that data is accurate, secure and accessible for analysts, stakeholders and decision-makers

Drive best practices in data modeling, documentation, coding standards and platform architecture

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, development teams, source system owners and data/information architects

Translate business needs into data solutions that enable insights and support decision-making

What you bring:

Strong skills in SQL

Solid experience with DataVault and dimensional data modeling

Experience with GCP and BigQuery (or similar cloud data platforms)

Proficiency with GitHub (or similar version control tools)

Fluent in English and Swedish.

Meritorious:

Experience with dbt

Experience with Terraform or similar IaC tools
