We are looking for a Senior Customer Service to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Provide high-quality customer service via telephone, email, and chat channels
Handle customer inquiries related to products, services, and offerings within the energy sector
Manage lighter administrative tasks such as registering and maintaining lists
Support customers in complex and sensitive situations, including payment-related concerns
Stay continuously updated on customer offerings, systems, and processes
Work efficiently across multiple systems and digital tools to support customer cases
Contribute actively to the development and improvement of the customer service function
Collaborate closely with colleagues in a dynamic and changing industry environment
Act in line with the customer's core values of courage, responsibility, and commitment
What you bring:
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in consumer-facing roles
Experience from the energy sector or other technical support environments involving complex customer dialogues
Strong service-oriented mindset with a pleasant, responsible, and solution-focused approach
Ability to manage stressful situations and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with multiple systems and good general system proficiency
Technical understanding and ability to explain complex topics clearly to customers
Interest and experience in sales, including inbound sales activities
Experience with customer databases or CRM systems is an advantage
Strong written and verbal communication skills and a high degree of collaboration ability
Ability to handle sensitive customer situations such as financial difficulties with professionalism and empathy
