Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Crash Test Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Plan, lead, and execute crash tests according to project requirements, safety standards, and regulatory frameworks.

Prepare test setups, define test parameters, and coordinate with laboratories, suppliers, and internal engineering teams.

Analyze test results, document findings, and provide clear recommendations for design improvements and safety performance.

Ensure traceability and compliance throughout all testing activities, including reporting and documentation.

Collaborate with simulation, design, and safety engineering teams to align physical testing with virtual validation.

Contribute to continuous improvements in testing methods, processes, and tools.

What you bring:

Master of Science degree or equivalent technical education.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a test leader within crash testing.

Strong understanding of crash test procedures, safety standards, and validation processes.

Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.

Meritorious experience in Swedish or German language skills, crash simulation, CAD tools, or project management
