About the Assignment

You will join a simulation environment focused on cab crash and durability within battery-electric vehicle development. The role combines hands-on CAE work with toolchain and environment support, helping teams improve ways of working and adopt new software capabilities.

Job DescriptionPerform crash simulations and support design and physical crash testing using LS-Dyna and ANSA/META.

Support the crash and durability CAE team with simulation tools and environment setup (primarily LS-Dyna and ANSA/META).

Contribute to further development of ANSA DM/SimManager integration for crash and strength simulations in collaboration with software suppliers.

Run tests of new software releases and provide feedback to stakeholders.

Act as a link between the simulation enablement function and internal stakeholders.

Initiate and maintain scripts in GitLab for cab simulation.

RequirementsMSc or PhD in Engineering Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent, with focus on computational mechanics.

Fluent in English.

Experience in LS-Dyna.

Experience in ANSA and META.

Experience with simulation data management systems.

Ability to pass a background check.

Nice to haveSwedish language skills (basic or good).

Experience with GitLab.

Experience with ABAQUS.

Experience with FEMFAT.

Python skills.
