Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Cost Reduction Program Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Collaborate with the Head of Business Excellence and the management team to plan, manage, and monitor the cost reduction program.

Set clear cost reduction goals for the organization and follow up with the management team and relevant stakeholders.

Identify and develop new cost-saving initiatives in collaboration with service functions.

Calculate savings and prepare detailed business cases for improvement and development projects.

Ensure savings are accurately recorded and updated in the One PUMA Web system, both personally and by coordinating updates from other departments.

Support portfolio management activities for business development projects and initiatives.

Prepare and present progress reports and analyses to the local management team.

What you bring:

Strong proficiency in PowerPoint for creating and delivering professional presentations in both English and Swedish.

Advanced analytical and reporting skills with Excel for compiling and interpreting financial and operational data.

Solid understanding of economic principles and business case development.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Swedish and English.

Independent, proactive, and results-driven work approach with strong organizational skills.

Experience or understanding of business processes within industrial or service-oriented environments.

Knowledge of Power BI or similar business intelligence tools is an advantage.

University degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or a related field
