Our focus areas include:

• Operational strategy & transformation: Design and implement new operating models that build sustainable capabilities and enables growth, often in a post-deal context
• Operational excellence & cost reduction: Strategic optimization of business processes while reducing costs and working capital across the entire supply chain
• Procurement: Support digitalization of procurement functions and to become a strategic business partner
• Digital operations: Design and implement supply chain and operations tech

Your main tasks as a Senior Consultant:

• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Project Management: Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
• Problem Solving: Deal effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations, and move easily between big picture thinking and managing relevant details
• Trusted business advisor: Act as a counterpart for functional leaders
• Team coaching: Mentor and training of junior team members

Qualifications for the position:

• Professional Experience: 4-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in management consulting and/or in the field of operations
• Educational background: M.Sc.Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or similar
• Project Management: Solid project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing projects and delivering on time and within budget
• Analytical mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven leader: Experience in leading and managing project teams and mentor junior staff

Excellent communicator and facilitator: Business professional English both verbally and in writing. Swedish is a plus
