Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Component owner for Air & Gas system to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Act as global component owner for EGR pipes within the Air & Gas system

Lead a defined technical area with responsibility for mechanical design engineering

Drive and coordinate design activities within a technical team

Ensure a holistic view of deliverables from multiple interfaces to secure quality and readiness prior to release

Lead knowledge sharing and competence development within the team

Build and maintain strong networks across the organization

Provide input to project prerequisites based on component history and previous learnings

What you bring:

Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering and component development

Strong experience in mechanical design, material selection, and welding specifications

Experience in defining, evaluating, and interpreting simulation results

Solid knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)

Hands-on experience with CREO and KOLA

Background in product and machine design within an automotive or similar industrial environment
