Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Commercial Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On

Take full ownership of all commercial and financial aspects within the service project portfolio, ensuring alignment with project goals in terms of cost, time, and quality.

Manage commercial responsibilities across Accounting, Legal, Tax, Foreign Exchange, and New Collaboration Model (NCM) areas with a high degree of diligence.

Optimize financial performance including project gross profit, cash flow, and asset utilization through careful planning and monitoring.

Prepare and maintain accurate commercial documentation throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.

Ensure compliance with IFRS15, local GAAP, internal controls, and corporate reporting guidelines.

Oversee accurate project accounting in systems such as SAP, OnePM, and internal project databases.

Coordinate invoicing processes based on contractual milestones and project progress.

Administer financial guarantees, bonds, and securities, ensuring proper application and lifecycle management.

Support project managers in risk identification, evaluation, and mitigation strategies, while also minimizing non-conformance costs.

Facilitate the implementation of lessons learned across current and future projects to strengthen commercial execution practices.

Contribute to internal collaboration by working effectively in a diverse, international team environment.

Occasional business travel may be required based on project needs.

What You Bring

Relevant academic background with a university degree in a commercial, financial, or business discipline.

Proven commercial expertise and hands-on experience in project financial management.

Strong analytical mindset and the ability to approach projects with a holistic, strategic perspective.

Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Teams; experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and financial teams.

High level of ownership, accountability, and curiosity with a continuous improvement mindset.

Fluent English and Swedish communication skills, both written and verbal.
