As an adviser, your focus will be on leading customer engagements and managing the strategic transaction banking agenda for institutional clients. Your contributions will be essential in implementing strategic initiatives, acquiring new mandates, and managing the current customer portfolio. From the outset, your expertise will be crucial in meetings with our Large Institutional Clients, where you are expected to provide value through advisory on both a general and customer specific level.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and enhance the institutional customer portfolio together with associate colleagues
· Lead in-depth customer analysis and identify strategic opportunities for growth
· Implement and drive the strategic agenda for Transaction Banking Institutional Sales
· Innovate and contribute to the development of Transaction Banking offerings
Your Profile
You should have strong relationship and networking skills, a keen attention to detail, and a strategic approach to tasks. A commitment to delivering high-quality work with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership is essential. You are encouraged to maintain a strong focus on completing tasks efficiently and to be open to experimenting with new workflows.
Your ability to see the bigger picture, connect the dots, and create substantial value for customers and stakeholders will be crucial. As a senior team member, you will embody Danske Bank’s cultural commitments: Team up, Be open, and Own it.
Key Skills and Expectations:
· 5-7 years of experience in institutional banking, financial consulting or similar fields
· Background in engaging with institutional segment actors
· Fluency in English and Swedish, both verbal and written
· High proficiency in MS Office
· Relevant higher education qualifications
