Assignment Overview

We are looking for a Senior Business Developer

What You Will Work On

Drive business improvement initiatives across multiple functions.

Support the development of processes, working methods, and organizational capabilities.

Lead and contribute to strategic and cross-functional transformation projects.

Collaborate closely with business leaders and senior management.

Support initiatives related to digitalization, change management, and strategy execution.

Facilitate workshops, analysis work, and improvement roadmaps.

Strengthen collaboration between teams, stakeholders, and internal partners.

Provide guidance to teams navigating organizational and operational changes.

Contribute to long-term capability building within the Business Excellence function.

What You Bring

Senior-level experience in business development, organizational improvement, or transformation.

Strong background in project management and cross-functional initiatives.

Ability to work with strategic, complex, and organization-wide projects.

Experience collaborating with senior leadership and stakeholders.

Structured, self-driven, and analytical working style.

Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Ability to support teams and individuals through change journeys.

Experience working in Business Excellence or continuous improvement environments is valuable.

Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
