Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Business Architect who will ensure that business development, IT initiatives, and strategic programs are aligned and sustainable over time.

What you will work on:

Develop and maintain business architecture models covering processes, capabilities, and information flows

Ensure traceability between strategy, goals, requirements, and implemented solutions

Support prioritization and structuring of business and IT change initiatives

Contribute to target architectures and long-term roadmaps together with IT architects

Participate in analyses, feasibility studies, and decision-making processes

Ensure initiatives follow governance models and architectural principles

Act as advisor to management, product owners, and program leadership

Work in agile and cross-functional environments with clear documentation of benefits and outcomes

What you bring:

Several years of experience as Business Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Business Development Lead

Experience working in large and complex organizations

Strong understanding of business processes, information flows, and IT enablement

Experience working with architecture frameworks and governance models (e.g., TOGAF or similar)

Ability to translate business needs into structured models and decision material

Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English

Experience from industry, manufacturing, or automotive environments is an advantage

Experience with portfolio management, PMO, or large transformation programs is beneficial

Familiarity with agile frameworks such as SAFe and structured change management
