Job description

We are looking for an experiencedSenior Business Analyst / Digital Business Analystto bridge the gap between business and technology within large-scale digital transformation programs. You will play a key role in translating business needs into clear technical requirements, supporting delivery teams, and driving data-driven decision making across digital platforms.

Location: Malmö, Sweden

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and actionable user stories
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define needs, objectives, and solutions
  • Support project and delivery teams throughout the full lifecycle of digital initiatives
  • Facilitate and lead workshops, including gap analysis and solution design sessions
  • Define, refine, and document user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements
  • Perform process mapping and business process analysis
  • Work within Agile / Scrum environments, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and backlog refinement
  • Act as a key point of contact for stakeholder management across business and IT
  • Contribute to digital platform initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals
  • Support and promote data-driven decision making through analysis and insights
  • Ensure high-quality documentation and collaboration using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro


Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst / Digital Business Analyst in large-scale environments (Experience: 4 -10 years)
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
  • Solid experience in stakeholder management
  • Strong skills in workshop facilitation and gap analysis
  • Experience creating user stories and process documentation
  • Knowledge of process mapping and business analysis techniques
  • Experience working with digital platforms
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • English is mandatory. Swedish is a strong plus


Nice to Have
  • Experience in large-scale transformation or digital programs
  • Exposure to data platforms and analytics tools
  • Familiarity with UX/UI concepts or product environments
  • Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, Scrum, SAFe)
