Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Support a large-scale transformation programme within a B2B financial services environment

Drive end-to-end requirements work across business processes, systems, and external partners, with a focus on asset finance solutions

Analyse current and future business needs and translate them into clear, structured requirements

Document, map, and refine business processes to support modernised ways of working

Manage and structure features, epics, and requirements in Jira

Act as a key interface between business stakeholders, development teams, vendors, and external partners

Support and coach business users in adopting more digital, structured, and efficient ways of working

Contribute to consistent delivery across initiatives within a cross-functional, matrix-based programme setup

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes, tools, and delivery practices

What you bring:

At least five years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in large-scale transformation programmes

Experience from core banking transformations with solid knowledge of banking and leasing businesses

Hands-on experience working with CRM implementations

Knowledge of banking domains such as credit, payments, collections, and finance

Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data and insights into actionable recommendations

Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken

Strong proficiency in Jira with solid administrative and documentation skills

Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholder groups

Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
