Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Play a key role in a large transformation initiative focused on developing next-generation payment solutions.

Work cross-functionally to collect, analyze and define requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders across the organization.

Lead the planning, coordination and facilitation of refinement activities to ensure clarity and alignment.

Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements, ensuring that scope and expectations are anchored with the right stakeholders.

Collaborate continuously with business representatives, product management, architects, development teams, operations and QA to drive progress and ensure shared understanding.

Manage your work with a high degree of independence while contributing actively within a supportive unit that works towards common goals.

Support decision-making by providing structured analysis, identifying dependencies and highlighting risks or gaps in requirements.

What you bring:

At least 15 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, preferably in agile environments, with strong skills in structured requirements documentation.

A highly driven approach, ideally complemented by experience in project management.

A solid technical background, including technical training and hands-on experience as a developer or tester.

Ability to manage multiple initiatives or projects in parallel and to navigate complex system landscapes or large-scale delivery environments.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, combined with a structured working style and excellent attention to detail.

Demonstrated experience in cross-team coordination and effective stakeholder communication at different organizational levels.

A proactive, pragmatic and adaptable mindset, with the ability to define and structure work even when inputs are unclear.

Experience conducting requirement-gathering activities such as workshops and interviews directly with stakeholders.

Documented experience working closely with development teams, particularly backend developers and testers.

Fluency in English; knowledge of Swedish is an advantage
