Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Analyze business requirements and map end-to-end processes to support the development of a new retail inventory management solution

Ensure effective integration of the new system with existing order management, supply chain, and inventory replenishment platforms

Collaborate with operations teams, development groups, and external suppliers to translate business needs into clear and actionable technical specifications

Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders and create consensus on solution design and priorities

Document requirements, track progress, and follow up to ensure solutions meet defined business goals and operational needs

Support testing, validation, and implementation activities to secure successful deployment of the solution

Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process gaps, risks, and opportunities for optimization

What you bring:

Proven experience in managing and documenting business requirements for IT and system implementation projects in large organizations

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Experience collaborating with IT vendors, technical teams, and business stakeholders

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across both business and technical domains

Deep understanding of logistics, retail operations, and unified commerce environments

Structured, methodical, and organized working style, capable of handling complex project contexts

Fluency in both spoken and written Swedish and English

Advantageous experience in regulatory operations or logistics systems

2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Analyst within IT-focused projects

Familiarity with store operations, supply chain processes, or VMS (Vendor Management Systems)

Background in retail or pharmacy operations is considered a strong merit
