Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Analyze existing research and requirements documentation.

Update, structure, and refine requirements based on current needs.

Translate business needs into clear, traceable technical requirements.

Prioritize requirements and maintain artifacts such as requirement specifications, process flows, and backlogs.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Contribute to the long-term roadmap and success of internal communication platforms.

What you bring:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a large, global organization.

Strong hands-on approach - proactive, structured, and execution-focused.

Skilled in organizing, documenting, and prioritizing complex requirements.

Experience with personas, user journeys, interviews, and needs analysis.

Strong understanding of how to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Prior experience with intranets, internal communication systems, or collaboration tools.

Experience working in international and multi-role environments.

Independent, communicative, and confident in leading your own workstream.

Fluency in Swedish and English, spoken and written.

Merits / Nice to Have:

Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).

Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, or similar digital workplace platforms.

Background in UX, product management, or change management.
