About the Assignment
You will join an international, agile team in a global manufacturing environment focused on industrial data management and analytics. The team makes manufacturing data accessible through well-designed APIs, supports data modelling for seamless integration across MES, Quality, and Maintenance systems, and enables insights through advanced analytics, machine learning, and simulation.
Job DescriptionDevelop backend features and resolve bugs in an agile team.
Design and build REST APIs that make manufacturing data accessible across connected systems.
Model datasets and support integrations across MES, Quality, and Maintenance systems.
Collaborate with and support developers working in connectivity, data, and analytics.
Contribute to technical maintenance by proposing and implementing improvements in line with team and architect decisions.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
RequirementsKnowledge of an object-oriented language such as Java or C#.
Knowledge of agile software development, Git, Docker, and CI/CD.
Knowledge of data modelling, REST API development, and API management.
Good understanding of organizations and business processes.
Experience working with functional and technical requirements in a global environment.
A university degree.
Fluent English, spoken and written.
Ability to complete a mandatory drug test.
Nice to haveKnowledge of Kubernetes.
Knowledge of industrial and manufacturing processes.
