Assignment Description

We are looking for a Team Leader for an Automation Group

What You Will Work On

Leading and supporting a team of automation engineers

Planning, coordinating, and following up automation activities in production

Working closely with operations, engineering, and other stakeholders

Ensuring stable, secure, and high-quality automation solutions

Driving continuous improvements in automation systems and processes

Working with DCS, PLC, and production control systems

Supporting development, maintenance, and optimization of automation systems

Creating structure, engagement, and a safe working environment for the team

What You Bring

University degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience

Previous experience in a leadership or team lead role

Experience from the process or manufacturing industry

Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience

Good knowledge of DCS systems (ABB 800xA is a plus)

Experience with PLC systems and related automation tools

Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

A confident, engaging, and caring leadership style

Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
