The Role

We're looking for a highly skilledSenior Back-end Engineer with GenAI expertiseto join our team. In this role, you'll architect and scale the back-end systems that power our AI agent platform, working at the intersection of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and generative AI.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain the back-end infrastructure of our AI agent platform
• Develop RESTful APIs, orchestration logic, and integrations with third-party systems
• Work with SQL/NoSQL databases and implement event-driven, real-time architectures
• Design and integrate LLM-based capabilities (open-source and API-driven)
• Ensure security, compliance, scalability, and performance of production systems
• Implement observability, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Write robust unit and integration tests to ensure reliability
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical best practices

What we look for

• 6+ years of professional experience in back-end or software engineering
• Strong expertise in Node.js/TypeScript and Python
• Proven experience designing APIs, working with SQL/NoSQL databases, and distributed systems
• Familiarity with LLMs and agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGPT, Semantic Kernel)
• Experience in prompt engineering
• Hands-on experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) and retrieval pipelines
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD
• Experience with observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, etc.)
• Bonus: background in healthcare systems (FHIR, EHRs) or regulated environments (HIPAA/GDPR)
• Strong communicator with architectural vision and mentoring ability.
