About the Assignment

You will join a BI & Analytics initiative focused on warranty-related data and AI-connected solutions. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into robust, scalable data solutions within the Azure ecosystem.

This is a hands-on assignment for a senior data engineer with deep experience in modern data platforms, BI environments, and end-to-end delivery.

Job DescriptionDesign, build, and maintain data engineering pipelines for processing and transformation.

Translate business needs into technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders and the wider team.

Set up and manage Azure DevOps across the full project lifecycle, including configuration, pipelines, releases, deployments, and hotfixes.

Develop and operate solutions in Databricks.

Work with SQL, Python, PySpark, and scripts to support data engineering delivery.

Contribute to BI and analytics solutions with a strong focus on data modeling and business understanding.

Integrate APIs and connect systems to support end-to-end data flows.

Enable integration between AI models and surrounding systems.

Collaborate in an agile way of working and contribute actively across parallel initiatives.

RequirementsSound data engineering background with 10+ years of experience.

Experience independently implementing data engineering pipelines for data processing and data transformation.

Strong experience setting up Azure DevOps from project start to end, with focus on configurations, pipelines, releases, deployments, and hotfixes.

Expertise in Databricks development and operations.

Strong coding skills in SQL, Python, PySpark, and scripting.

Good data modeling background and 5+ years of experience in BI projects.

Experience with API integration and system integration.

Ability to connect AI models with systems.

Agile mindset.

Working experience with Git and DevOps.

Experience handling multiple projects in parallel.

English required.

Nice to haveAbility to upskill the team through hands-on sessions.

Automation experience.

Experience with shell scripting.

Power BI background.
