Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Automotive - SW Monitoring Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Strengthen monitoring, logging, and alerting capabilities to ensure early detection of issues affecting the SWS workshop tool.

Drive improvements in observability and monitoring processes across the newly established Incident Management team.

Collaborate with development teams, field quality engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure visibility into system health and reliability.

Lead incident handling from detection through resolution, including communication with internal stakeholders and end customers.

Analyze, prioritize, and escalate incidents as needed to secure rapid response and minimize downtime.

Conduct Root Cause Analysis and facilitate Lessons Learned activities to prevent recurrence.

Participate in a scheduled 24/7 on-call rotation, acting as Incident Manager during critical incidents.

What you bring:

Proven experience with monitoring and observability platforms such as Datadog, Grafana, or Prometheus.

Background as an Incident Manager or in similar operational roles handling major system incidents.

Ability and availability to participate in 24/7 on-call rotations.

Strong communication skills in both English and Swedish, spoken and written.

Knowledge of electrical or embedded systems in vehicles (merit).

Experience in software development or close collaboration with development teams (merit).

Experience as a Problem Manager, Assignment Leader, or similar coordination role (merit).
