We are looking for a Senior Automotive - SW Incident Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Lead the handling of critical software and system incidents from detection to resolution, ensuring minimal disruption to SWS, a business-critical workshop tool.
Coordinate communication across DevOps, development teams, support, R&D, and other stakeholders to maintain high service availability and stability.
Drive clear and timely communication with internal stakeholders and end-customers throughout the incident lifecycle.
Perform Root Cause Analysis and lead Lessons Learned activities to prevent recurring issues.
Contribute to continuous improvements within incident and problem management processes.
Work proactively to prevent service disruptions through technical improvements, process strengthening, and enhanced operational routines.
Support a robust, high-performing service delivery that secures uptime and user satisfaction.
What you bring:
Proven experience as an Incident Manager handling critical incidents in complex software environments.
Ability and availability to participate in an on-call rotation providing 24/7 support.
Fluency in both English and Swedish, spoken and written.
Knowledge of electrical and/or embedded systems in vehicles (merit).
Experience in software development or working closely with development teams (merit).
Background as a Problem Manager, Assignment Leader, or similar operational role (merit).
