We are now looking for a Automation Consultant for Dimensioning and Deployment Configuration Tool (DDCT) on the behalf of our client.

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Senior Automation Consultant to join our international team to address a critical gap in Dimensioning and Deployment Configuration Tool (DDCT) operational capability. In this assignment, you will lead automation engineering efforts, deliver high-impact solutions with measurable Return on Investment (ROI), and act as a competence bridge - transferring knowledge and building lasting internal capability so that teams are self-sufficient by the end of the engagement.

What you will do:

• Design and implement automation solutions targeting the highest-priority DDCT workflows, with a focus on early, measurable impact.

• Simulate and validate system behaviour under realistic conditions using JMeter to ensure automation solutions are robust and production-ready.

• Build and maintain automation pipelines using Jenkins and Spinnaker.

• Establish governance frameworks, runbooks, and best practices to ensure long-term sustainability beyond the engagement.

• Deliver structured knowledge transfer and hands-on upskilling to internal staff, serving as a competence bridge toward full internal ownership.

• Collaborate with teams and provide regular progress updates aligned to a high-level 12-month delivery plan.

The skills you bring:

• 5+ years of experience in automation engineering and operational process improvement.

• Hands-on experience with Jenkins and Spinnaker for CI/CD and deployment automation - required.

• Proficiency with JMeter for workload simulation and performance validation - required.

• Proven track record of delivering automation with measurable ROI in complex, large-scale environments.

• Experience creating governance documentation, runbooks, and training materials.

• Agile mindset; comfortable working in adaptive, milestone-driven engagements.

Scope: Prioritize and automate the most critical DDCT workflows, then progressively scale across teams.
