Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Android Application Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Take ownership of projects, lead development activities, and ensure high-quality deliveries.

Interact directly with customers to understand needs, gather requirements, and deliver tailored Android solutions.

Design and implement systems using Android, Java, Kotlin, SQL/databases, and related technologies.

Work with HMI, graphics, and adjacent subsystems to build intuitive and robust applications.

Apply creative problem-solving to challenges, contribute new perspectives, and drive technical improvements.

Collaborate in a Linux-based environment and work with communication protocols such as HTTP, WebSockets, REST, and gRPC.

Integrate and troubleshoot CAN-based communication within Android-driven solutions.

What you bring:

Strong expertise in Android application development.

Solid experience with Java, Kotlin, and SQL/databases.

Proficiency in working in Linux environments.

Experience with communication protocols including HTTP, WebSockets, REST, or gRPC.

Hands-on knowledge of CAN communication.

A genuine interest in HMI, graphics, and related subsystem development.

Up-to-date knowledge in Android ecosystem technologies and willingness to share expertise.

Excellent command of Swedish in both speech and writing.
