Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Accountant for our client. It is required to support the European reporting team covering 7 markets.

Due to statutory requirements during the first half of the year, the team needs reinforcement. The role includes:

Acting as process lead for year-end closing, including audits

Supporting annual reports and audit processes

Performing deep-dive analysis of current accounting processes to identify improvements

Providing accounting guidance for new business flows

Contributing to financial reporting and compliance activities

The position is based in Gothenburg and requires full on-site presence.

Experience Required

Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounting or financial controlling

Strong experience in year-end closing and audit support

Experience working with multiple entities or international reporting is advantageous

Annual Reports preparation

Process Improvement

Strong knowledge of financial processes

SAP experience (mandatory)

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business & Economics

Language Requirement

English - Proficient (spoken and written)
