Assignment Overview

We are looking for a Senior Business Developer

What You Will Work On

Drive strategic and operational improvement initiatives across the organization.

Develop and enhance business processes and ways of working.

Lead cross-functional transformation projects.

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and senior leadership.

Support initiatives related to digitalization, change management, and strategy execution.

Facilitate workshops, analyses, and development of improvement roadmaps.

Coach and support teams and leaders through organizational change initiatives.

Strengthen collaboration between business units and internal partners.

Contribute to building long-term capabilities within Business Excellence.

What You Bring

Extensive experience in business development, transformation, or organizational improvement.

Senior-level experience leading strategic and cross-functional initiatives.

Strong background in project management and business process development.

Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including senior management.

Structured and self-driven working style.

Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Ability to support organizations through change and transformation journeys.
