SCADA Developer

We are looking for a dedicated SCADA Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of next-generation control and monitoring systems within the energy and industrial sectors. The position is based in Ludvika/Borlänge, Sweden, but involves business travel both nationally and internationally. Responsibilities

Develop, configure, and maintain SCADA systems for control and monitoring of technical facilities.

Participate in the full development cycle, from requirements analysis and design to implementation, testing, and commissioning.

Travel to customer sites for installation, support, and project meetings.

Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure functionality, quality, and delivery precision.

Qualifications

Proven experience in SCADA development, preferably within energy, industry, or infrastructure.

Solid understanding of automation solutions and industrial communication protocols (e.g., IEC 61850, Modbus, OPC).

Knowledge of databases and programming is a strong advantage.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team, with strong communication skills in customer-facing situations.

Fluency in English, both spoken and written. Swedish language skills are a plus.

Requirements

Permanent residence permit in Sweden or another EU country.

Flexibility and willingness to travel for work.
