About the Assignment

We are looking for a SAP Cross Functional Lead/Architect to ensure end-to-end functional coherence and design quality across an S/4 program. You will complement domain architects by focusing on process integration and cross-stream design decisions, ensuring alignment between business needs, SAP standard capabilities, and the long-term roadmap within a retail context.

Job DescriptionProvide program-level functional oversight across logistics, finance, sales, and master data

Guide functional design decisions based on S/4 best practices and process integration

Act as an escalation point for cross-stream functional design conflicts

Ensure alignment between business requirements, SAP standard capabilities, and long-term roadmap

Collaborate with solution and integration architects to ensure cohesive end-to-end design

Support leadership with clear functional impact assessments and recommendations

RequirementsDeep hands-on experience in S/4 functional design within one or more core domains

Strong understanding of end-to-end retail business processes

Experience from large transformation programs with multiple functional streams

Ability to balance SAP standardization with business needs

Nice to haveExperience working in environments with multiple architect and business stakeholder interfaces
