SAP Consultant

We are seeking an experiencedSAP Implementation Consultantwith expertise inService and Financeto support a large-scaleSAP S/4HANA greenfield implementationon SAP RISE. This project spans14 European countries, transitioning fromSAP ECCto a modern, cloud-based ERP environment. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with implementation partners, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, efficient, and future-proof SAP solutions.

Tasks

• Serve as the SAP Implementation Consultantfor Service and Finance, guiding the design and implementation of S/4HANA solutions.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into SAP best practices.
• Provide expertise in SAP S/4HANA modules related to Service (CS/SD/PM) and Finance (FI/CO).
• Ensure alignment with global business processes while addressing country-specific requirements.
• Collaborate with external implementation partners to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Perform FIT-GAP analysis, solution design, and oversee system integration efforts.
• Support data migration strategies, system testing, and end-user training.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, security policies, and system governance frameworks.

Requirements

• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations, preferably in a greenfield environment.
• Strong Solution Architecture experience in SAP, with deep knowledge of Service (CS/SD/PM) and Finance (FI/CO) modules.
• Previous experience working in global environments, managing multi-country implementations.
• Ability to define enterprise-wide SAP strategies, ensuring system scalability and efficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and structured approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP RISE and cloud-based ERP implementations.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori, BTP (Business Technology Platform), and integration tools.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and financial compliance standards across multiple countries.
• SAP certifications in relevant modules or architecture is a plus.
