Job Description:

We are looking for an experiencedSAP EWM Consultantwith in-depth knowledge of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), including organizational structure, master data, warehouse layout, storage types, handling units, packaging specifications, and labor management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement SAP EWM solutions in S/4HANA environments (embedded or decentralized).
• Lead and support end-to-end SAP EWM implementations across all project phases: Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Hypercare.
• Facilitate Fit-to-Template / Explore workshops for warehouse processes during S/4HANA rollouts.
• Configure and optimize EWM organizational structures, master data, warehouse layouts, storage types, handling units, packaging specifications, and labor management.
• Implement and support inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes, including:
  • Inbound deliveries and putaway
  • Outbound deliveries, picking, packing, staging, and loading
  • Replenishment, physical inventory, value-added services (VAS)

• Ensure tight integration between SAP EWM and S/4HANA core modules (MM, SD, PP, QM).
• Design and validate integration scenarios using IDocs, EDI, qRFCs for:
  • Inbound and outbound deliveries
  • ASNs, goods receipts, goods issues
  • Stock transfer processes
• Support or lead data migration activities using SAP standard tools for EWM master and transactional data.
• Monitor warehouse operations using KPIs, warehouse monitoring tools, and RF framework.
• Act as a Template Defender, balancing global standards with local operational requirements and ensuring solution alignment.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven SAP project experience with deep expertise in SAP EWM.
• Strong understanding of warehouse business processes and end-to-end logistics execution.
• Experience in at least 2 SAP EWM full lifecycle implementations.
• Experience in at least 2 SAP S/4HANA rollouts, with hands-on involvement in explore and design phases.
• Strong knowledge of SAP EWM-S/4HANA integration concepts, including:
  • Embedded and decentralized EWM
  • Delivery-based and stock transfer processes
• Solid experience with IDocs / EDI / qRFCs in warehouse scenarios.
• Confidence in designing customer-specific EWM solutions within a global template framework.
• Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global delivery team.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with warehouse automation integration, such as:
  • SAP MFS
  • Conveyors and PLC interfaces
• Exposure to high-volume or automated distribution centers.
• Experience in global or multi-country SAP rollouts.
