• Experience with WalkMe or similar Digital Adoption Platforms
• Familiarity with SAP systems
• HTML / CSS / JavaScript (for customization)
• Web-based applications and DOM structure
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps and UI navigation
• Language: English

Nice to have:

• Experience with test scenarios and validation
• Understanding of regression testing
• Ability to identify defects and usability issues

This is your role

• WalkMe Implementation & Configuration
• Design and build WalkMe content (Smart Walk-Thrus, tooltips, launchers, validations)
• Configure in-app guidance for SAP transactions and Fiori apps
• Maintain and optimize WalkMe solutions post-deployment
• SAP Process Understanding
• Analyze SAP business processes
• Translate business workflows into guided user experiences
• Ensure WalkMe flows align with SAP system logic
• Test Automation & QA Support
• Validate WalkMe implementations across SAP releases and updates
• Support regression testing for SAP changes
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure stability of automation
• User Experience & Adoption
• Improve usability of SAP applications through contextual guidance
• Reduce user errors and training time
• Monitor user behavior using WalkMe analytics
• Stakeholder Collaboration
• Work with SAP functional consultants (FI, MM, SD, etc.)
• Gather requirements from business users
• Communicate solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Continuous Improvement
• Analyze usage data and optimize WalkMe content
• Identify gaps in user journeys
• Recommend process or UX improvements
