As a Salesforce developer, you will play a crucial role in supporting all Salesforce users within Strawberry to deliver on the business strategy of the company. You will be involved in the continuous improvement, customization & support of Salesforce

This role will give you an opportunity to work across different business entities in Strawberry helping them to reach their strategic goals.

What your responsibilities will be:

• Design, code, and implement Salesforce applications.
• Ability to brainstorm with Salesforce Architect to implement the best solution, following best practices and reaching development goals.
• Test the stability and functionality of the application.
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs.
• Write documents and cross-train technical skills towards our Salesforce staff.
• Maintain the security and integrity of the application software.
• Perform reviews on Salesforce data and security.
• Assist with the integration of Salesforce with other systems.
• Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements.

What qualifications and skills we require:

• Proven experience with 3-5 years as Salesforce platform development & Programming skills
• APEX, Javascript, LWC, and Sales Cloud experience
• Advantage: Service Cloud and CPQ experience
• Experience with Salesforce.com developer toolkit including Apex Classes, Controllers and Triggers, visualforce, Force.com IDE, Migration Tool, Web Services & visualstudio.
• Proficiency in SOQL, Java, JavaScript, and HTML, and familiarity with SQL and databases.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with a passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with Salesforce advancements.
• Strong analytical skills to assess business requirements, identify customer problems, and develop effective solutions within the Salesforce platform.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and fix bugs, ensuring the smooth operation of Salesforce applications and platforms.
• Clear communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and for working effectively within a team of other developers and project managers.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, demonstrating a strong sense of prioritization and organization.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and working within Scrum teams is Preferred
• Salesforce certification, such as Certified Platform Developer I and II, is highly beneficial
• BSc degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or relevant field.
• Fluency in English mandatory, preferred to have Norwegian/Swedish
