We're currently looking for a Salesforce Consultant to join our Song - Service - Salesforce team.

You will be a key member of Accenture Song. We focus on driving business value through architecting, solutioning and implementing innovative Salesforce solutions for our clients, as platform enabler for business transformation.

Our clients are typically industry leaders, predominantly within Automotive, Industrial Equipment, Retail, Consumer Goods & Services and Life Science.

Engage and consult clients throughout their Salesforce journey, including defining value drivers, business/benefits cases, implementing, and go to market. This combined with utilizing and growing your industry-knowledge and experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assessing current state, identify customer needs, and define the future state and/or business solution
• Consulting the client on cloud architecture through the customer journey, strengths and weaknesses of the platform - also compare Salesforce to other CRM platforms
• Salesforce-related Change Management, help clients making best usage of the Accenture assets and best practices across the clouds
• Participate in projects, typically in functional advisory and delivery management
• Implementation strategy and project estimation
• Assist with scoping, solution design and estimation

Who are you?

We hope your experiences and skills consist of some of the following:

• Experience from similar consulting roles or similar positions leading change in global environments
• Strong interpersonal skills and thrives in client-facing roles
• Master's degree within Engineering, Business or other relevant degree
• Solid understanding of Salesforce's possibilities to deliver business transformation
• Good communication skills in English and a Scandinavian language
• Ability to communicate technical subjects to project members, stakeholders and business users
• Strong multi-tasking, time-management and analytical skills
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable
