My name is Johan Huhtanen, and I am the Manager for our Managed Services and Software Sales teams in Sweden. As a leader, I strive to create an inclusive and engaging environment where every team member feels valued and empowered to contribute to our shared success.
Your role & influence as Sales Specialist
Responsibility : You will be given responsibility for driving Managed Services sales by proactively identifying opportunities, advising customers on the best solutions, and collaborating with Account Managers to maximize business growth within the commercial sector in Sweden
Collaboration : Together with your team, you take care of driving Managed Services sales and delivering tailored solutions that meet customer needs. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with Account Managers and Customer Success Managers to identify opportunities, create value, and ensure long-term customer success
Core activities:
- Prospecting and proactively identifying new sales opportunities
- Closing deals by negotiating and delivering Managed Services solutions
- Advising customers on the best Managed Services options to optimize their business operations

This is what we imagine you bring
We envision you as a curious and driven individual who proactively identifies opportunities, challenges customers to find the best Managed Services, and stays up to date with the latest industry developments.
Additionally , it's important that:
- You have a bachelor's degree level of working and thinking
- You have experience from Managed Services Sales
- Experience with sales, presales, and technical sales, ideally within the IT or Software sector
- Knowledge of vendors such as Microsoft, with certifications being a plus
